“Our lives shrink or expand

in proportion to our

curiosity and empathy”

~ Micha Dudgeonwood

We can step deeper into our own identity, our own self.

One that is authentic in expression and gratifying to live as we continue to connect and evolve with the world around us. It can be empowering when we make our choices rooted in curiosity, empathy, self-awareness, and a few core values. Inviting levity and gratitude in to provide some essential light. Using our playful mindset helps us not only connect our dots, it can also help us create them. No matter how small or enormous the gaps are in between the dots. Or how many twists and turns come our way. We get courageous and build creative, aligned, options for ourselves as well as our local and global communities.

We find the playful ways to grow and have impact, without disrespecting the seriousness of the challenges or decisions that are in front of us.

Joyful connections sustain and lift us in our day to day.

These multiple connections are foundational along with building a playful-mindset as our superpower.

Together, we make shifts.

Personal or professional, we collaborate to move through your own unique questions, stories, and blocks. Building more room for exploration, experimentation, celebration, and play. When you’re ready to find more clarity, I’m ready too.

It’s time to get playfully courageous and courageously playful together!

Let’s utilize our playful mindsets to create and connect to what’s coming next…

Connecting my dots in rainbow colors...

So what’s my story? I am someone who has regularly taken huge leaps into new realities both planned and unexpected. I’ve not always done so wholeheartedly or successfully.

Overtime I’ve learned how to truly listen to myself while actively designing my life. Understanding the magic of small steps and big dreams. Staying true to my desire to grow and be grounded in the present, despite challenging shifts and fears creeping in along the way.

It is my curious nature and thirst for connection that has brought me to many diverse environments in the fields of early childhood and adult education, health and mind-body connection, family support and hospitality, the arts and community building.

I like to say that I’m a change-maker, a true renaissance person with a passion for people and playful adventures. With more than 25 years of experience in direct-service leadership roles and community engagement, I am now leveraging the education and knowledge I’ve gained to broaden my services and support to others.

Add in my Coming Out Story, living on the beaches of Hawaii, my love for cycling, moving states in my 40’s without a j.o.b. or a permanent place to live, an unstoppable need to create, along with my well-developed playful mindset, and you start seeing some of the sparks that have ignited my Being, making me, ME. I’ve a great example of building personal Power through Playful Practice!
