Overtime I’ve learned how to truly listen to myself while actively designing my life. Understanding the magic of small steps and big dreams. Staying true to my desire to grow and be grounded in the present, despite challenging shifts and fears creeping in along the way. It is my curious nature and thirst for connection that has brought me to many diverse environments in the fields of early childhood and adult education, health and mind-body connection, family support and hospitality, the arts and community building. I’m a change-maker, a true renaissance person, with a passion for people, nature, life’s interconnectedness, and playful adventures. With more than 25 years of experience in direct-service leadership roles and community engagement, I am now leveraging the education and knowledge I’ve gained to broaden my services and support to others. Add in my Coming Out Story, living on the beaches of Hawaii, my love for cycling, moving states in my 40’s without a j.o.b. or a permanent place to live, an unstoppable need to create, along with my well-developed playful mindset, and you start seeing some of the sparks that have ignited my Being, making me, ME.
